Kathy A.K. Andrew was born in the UK. Before moving to the US, she lived in London and was involved in the alternative housing movement. She also worked in Community Arts, teaching photography and screen printing.
A member of the Authors Guild, Kathy has a Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Sussex, UK. Her work’s been published in Birdland Journal, anthologies including the 2023 Sitting Room Anthology, Mosaic, and she was a contributor to the novel The Masks We Wear: The Next Page Project, published March 2023.
San Francisco was her home for over twenty years, where she was an entrepreneur and a painter. She currently lives in Sonoma County, CA.
